The exercise and diet framework are only half of the battle, of course — you must put in the effort. A program won’t have any effect unless you execute it with focus, determination, and a true desire to be a better you. I will care as much as you do. While I’ll be fully in, I work best when my clients as motivated by action as second nature. I won’t be the one who will question whether or not you did your training or ate within reason, but I will be the one to stand with you and make sure we get it right for you.
Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. I will build a plan to take your fitness and physique goal to the NXTLVL. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

WHO I AM
STRENGTH IN BODY + MIND
Hey there, hello! Colin here, and I’m a Toronto-based Co-Active mindset coach, and certified strength and conditioning trainer. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2012, and have been competing in Master’s Men’s Physique since 2014 in both the Natural and Open classes at top level events like the CBBF Canadian Nationals, IFBB North American Pro and the IFBB Ben Weider Legacy Cup, now as a national-level competitor. In 2017 I was honoured by my Hammer Fitness trainers and colleagues as Master’s Athlete of the Year.
As Lil Wayne says, “I rock to the beat of my own drum set” — for so long that it’s like second nature — and I’m attracted to mentoring and assisting driven individuals to transform into the best version of themselves, both in and outside of the gym. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
My training philosophy is focused on developing highly personalized programs for clients who are motivated to achieve their goals. I have experience in working on and achieving my own personal training and weight goals, and recognize the importance of having someone there to motivate and educate, and to be there for you when you need that extra ‘just get it done’ to reach your potential — your NXTLVL!
